Dorries, could you be any more of a dickbag? I don’t understand how this person has been given a career where she can influence important decisions. 

For those who don’t know, Nadine Dorries wants to regress sex ed. to the point where teenage girls (and this is ONLY aimed at teenage girls) don’t get taught about sex at all, only that they should abstain from it.

Look, it’s patently true that sex ed. needs a revamp, but REMOVING the education part is really not what should be happening. There is SO MUCH evidence that this is a bad idea. What even? WHAT EVEN?!

Yes, it’s a bit belated (seeing that it is nearly March and this post was written in January) but I just stumbled across Chris Meredith’s post on terrible people of 2010 and it pretty much reflected exactly my own unwritten list.
